About Rumah Uni Mar
Uni Mar carried her family’s recipes from West Sumatra to Jakarta and has been cooking them for guests ever since. The rendang still takes a full day over low heat, and the spice pastes are still ground fresh every morning.
Our cooks and event leads work with you from the first tasting to the last tray packed out, whether you need hidang service for a wedding or 300 nasi kotak for the office. We handle staffing, setup, and cleanup.
